About Jason
I am a bird photographer based in Austin, Texas.
Birds are facing many threats, from loss of habitat, to domestic cats, to the intensifying effects of climate change. I hope I can use my photography to raise awareness of birds and inspire viewers to become involved in their conservation. I try to showcase each species clearly in its natural environment using minimal editing. These photos were mostly taken with the combo of a Sigma 150-600 Contemporary on a Canon Rebel T6.
